Mr. Qing Yang has in-depth understanding of all types of patent cases in chemical field, including drafting, filing, reexamination, invalidation, litigation and counseling. He is experienced in PCT and international patent matters, validity, FTO, infringement analyses and opinions. Mr. Yang has prepared and prosecuted over 1,000 patent applications for leading multinational companies before the Chinese Patent Office and represented clients in patent litigation cases before the People’s Court, and judicial identification cases.
Prior to China Sinda, Mr. Yang worked at Beijing Institute of Fermentation as a senior engineer on research & development for more than ten years. Mr. Yang was involved in the areas of biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, diagnostics etc.
Mr. Yang joined China Sinda in 2001.
