Ms. Jing Yang has in-depth understanding of the Chinese Patent Laws and Regulations. She has helped clients prosecute hundreds of patent applications before the Chinese Patent Office.
Prior to China Sinda, Ms. Yang used to work at Siemens Shanghai Mobile Communication Ltd. (SSMC) as a Radio network planning engineer. Her job was to provide planning or optimization of the mobile communication network.
Ms. Yang joined China Sinda in 2007 and has handled many patent prosecution cases, especially the cases in German language.
