Mr. Zhiyong Sun is knowledgeable about Chinese patent laws and regulations and has a tremendous amount of experience in the Chinese patent practice.  His expertise covers a variety of areas including electronics, digital processing and software, telecommunications, integrated circuits, information and imaging technologies, automatic control, semiconductors, various electrical equipments, computer hardware and software, and business methods.  He has also handled a great number of patent litigations, including both invalidation and infringement litigations, before the Patent Re-examination Board and the courts.

Prior to China Sinda, Mr. Sun workedas a consultant and an engineer in the fields of telecommunication, wireless networks, cable TV, software and satellite industry.
