Mr. Yijun Zhang is knowledgeable in Chinese patent law and related regulations. He has helped clients apply for nearly 6,000 patents. Mr. Zhang has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of mechanical manufacturing, mechanical engineering and automation, especially in patent writing, invalidation of patents and administrative litigation, as well as in patent infringement litigation, including stability analysis of patent rights, infringement analysis and infringement litigation. Mr. Zhang has represented nearly 100 patent invalidity and administrative litigation cases, and nearly 200 patent infringement litigation cases. Mr. Zhang is skilled in analysis and management of enterprise intellectual property system, enterprise intellectual property strategy planning and implementation, etc., assisting clients in the establishment of intellectual property management system, intellectual property process design and other intellectual property management. Mr. Zhang has provided intellectual property advisory services to large Chinese enterprises.

Prior to China Sinda, Mr. Zhang worked at a large machinery engineering corporation, and has many years of experience in mechanical manufacturing and mechanical design.
