Mr. Weifeng Zhang has in-depth understanding of the Chinese Patent Laws and Regulations.  He has helped clients prosecute hundreds of patent applications before the Chinese Patent Office.  Mr. Zhang has more than 10 years experience in the fields of communication engineering, information processing and computer technology. 

Prior to China Sinda, Mr. Zhang served as a communication engineer for the software and hardware research and development in the field involved wireless communication, network security, signal analysis, ultra-large-scale parallel computing and cryptography. 

Mr. Zhang joined China Sinda in 2011.
